Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and obtain a refund before it is dispatched. After it has been shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and then initiate the return process.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items that are in new condition can be returned within 30 business days following delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and provide information about the item(s) and your reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive our return instructions, place the item(s) back in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) according to the instructions provided. We will share the return address and shipping details upon acceptance of your return. (Please note: Returns that are not authorized will not be processed).
  4. We typically process returns within 5 business days of receiving your returned package.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Return Charges

If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or faulty products), we will issue a complete refund.

If the return is based on the buyer's choice (for instance, dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), a complete refund will still be offered.

No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
